Enjoy Gothic Horror? Then check out SAINTKILLER, a FREE NOVEL I wrote so people can check out the LILITU universe. At 45k words it's much shorter than the main books, making it perfect for those of you with ADD (hi!), but is still substantial enough to feel like a real book. This also lets it be a more focused "pure" horror novel. I'm really proud of how it turned out, and hope you'll give it a read -- whether you read the first one or not! It's designed to work for newcomers and fans alike.

Summary:

"Three years ago, the Nightfall blotted out the sun, allowing demons, vampires, and satyrs to take over Europe and enslave its mortal populace. One such mortal is 23-year-old Sybil Ashwell, a timid English maid whose fear of her demonic rulers is matched only by her lust for them.

When Sybil is purchased by a new master, she is whisked away to a labyrinthine Edinburgh mansion surrounded by ravenous monsters. Worse, Sybil soon learns that the mansion’s dark halls will play host to an unholy ritual…one performed by Mother Pursha, a succubus nun whose god may be the most terrifying being in the universe.

With time running out before the ritual completes, Sybil must overcome both her fear and her desire in order to escape…but her only way out may lead her deeper into darkness. For locked deep within the mansion’s dungeon is a succubus who wants freedom just as much as Sybil does. A succubus with crimson red hair. A succubus who Sybil’s captors call the Saintkiller…

SAINTKILLER is a self-contained Gothic Horror novel set within the nightmarish alternate 19th century world of LILITU, designed to satisfy fans and new readers alike."

I really hope you'll give it a read. It's pretty dark, so fair warning. If you like what you read, don't forget to pre-order Lilitu: Bloody Caleb, coming out October 3rd!
